Objectives:

The project purpose is to put forward a proposal that allows the use of the information provided by a performance management system (PMaS) to define business scenarios by firstly employing endogenous information.

Results:

  • A methodology to define internal business scenarios.
  • A procedure to identify more suitable techniques and/or mathematical procedures for defining scenarios in line with the context and nature of the data.
  • A procedure to include internal business scenarios in the organisation’s decision-making process.
