Description:

The objective of the MoMARGE project is to build a maturity model that allows establishing the degree of alignment between the business and the resilience and agility of the supply chain. Likewise, it is also intended to analyze the predisposition in the supply chain regarding the gender perspective in an integrated and aligned way in the design of the model. All this will allow analyzing the current situation and establish improvement proposals based on the definition of best practices. For this, the main sub-objectives include 1) the design of the model, 2) the definition of the methodology for its application and 3) the development of support tools.

The ultimate objective is to define (in a scientific way), and make operational (practical application), the factors that play a fundamental role in the alignment of the business strategy with the agility, resilience and gender equity in the supply chain to through a maturity model.
