The Production Management and Engineering Research Center (CIGIP) organizes the BASYS 2010 conference, which will take place at the UPV, from July 21 to 23.
This conference is a forum to share visions and research on sustainable innovation and knowledge-based manufacturing models of products and services.
The goal is to discuss how people, emerging technologies, and organizations come together to redefine the way the value creation process is conceived and realized.
Due to the increase in customer participation in innovation networks, an increase in the responsibility and agility of industrial ecosystems should be expected. New production systems must be modeled, designed and used to achieve profitable solutions.
BASYS 2010 hopes to address new approaches to automation where synergies between people, systems and organizations are taken advantage of with the aim of generating products and services with high added value.
