Description:

The objective of this project is to extend the benefits of Methods Engineering techniques to environments related to the Job Centres (JCs) and Special Job Centers (SJCs) for the mentally handicapped.

The project is based on two types of action: training and research. Training is broken down into submitting Industrial Engineering students to the problems of SJCs and to train monitors in engineering and management tasks. This research work presents several work lines: studying and adapting basic techniques, developing valuation methods of performance and posts, developing methods to balance, inventory of adapted posts and integrated methodology.
