Cuartas-Micieces and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.upv.es\/ficha-personal\/llcuenca\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Llanos Cuenca<\/a>. It proposes a four-step methodology linking stakeholders, business processes, value drivers and implementation barriers, validated with seven pilot companies. Operational efficiency emerged as the leading value driver, followed by customer satisfaction and profitability.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Operational Machine Passport: A Multi-Protocol Platform for Industrial Observability<\/strong>, by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.upv.es\/ficha-personal\/mimaca1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Miguel \u00c1ngel Mateo-Casal\u00ed<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.upv.es\/ficha-personal\/anbogar\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Andr\u00e9s Boza<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.upv.es\/ficha-personal\/llcuenca\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Llanos Cuenca<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.upv.es\/ficha-personal\/rpoler\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ra\u00fal Poler<\/a>. It presents an open-source platform that gives every industrial machine a living &#8220;passport&#8221;: it unifies its OPC UA and MQTT signals, identifies the root cause of issues and rebuilds its identity, status and history on demand.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The Use of AI in Manufacturing as a Service Environments: Systematic Literature Review<\/strong>, by Mateo Del Gallo, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.upv.es\/ficha-personal\/beaanna\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Beatriz Andr\u00e9s<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.upv.es\/ficha-personal\/anmenre1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ana Mengual<\/a> and Filippo Ciarapica, in collaboration with the Universit\u00e0 Politecnica delle Marche.
