Descripci\u00f3n:<\/p>

El concepto principal de este proyecto es el desarrollo de m\u00e9todos, directrices y herramientas para la aplicaci\u00f3n del Modelo de Redes Multiplanta Resilientes en redes de fabricaci\u00f3n no jer\u00e1rquicas, caracterizadas por una toma de decisiones no centralizada. Una organizaci\u00f3n resiliente alinea eficazmente su estrategia, operaciones, sistemas de gesti\u00f3n, estructura de gobierno y capacidades de apoyo a la toma de decisiones, de modo que pueda descubrir y ajustarse a riesgos en continuo cambio, soportar perturbaciones en sus principales motores de beneficios y crear ventajas frente a competidores menos adaptables. Desde el punto de vista organizativo, el concepto de “resiliencia” tiene dos acepciones fundamentales: resiliencia operativa y resiliencia estrat\u00e9gica.<\/p>
