The initiative, known as &#8220;V-Chain&#8221; and in which large firms in the vehicle manufacturer&#8217;s auxiliary sector also participate, has a budget of 4.7 million euros and is 50% co-financed by the European Commission through of the Growth program.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" src=\"https:\/\/cigip.webs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2003\/01\/levante_31012003.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"50\"><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-align: center; font-size: 16px;\"><font color=\"#7a7a7a\" face=\"Open Sans, sans-serif\">The coordinators of the program, Roque Alonso (Ford manager), Marc Hawa (DMR Consulting) and \u00c1ngel Ortiz (from the UPV), who assure that it could be extended to other European plants and auxiliary companies &#8211; in search of flexibility and cost cutting -, they guarantee that the integrated management of work processes and the application of information technologies will increase the competitiveness of the factory.<\/font><\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Exel Logistics firm participates as a logistics operator, and Ford&#8217;s supplier companies Dynamit Nobel, Johnson Controls and Grupo Francisco Segura are also integrated, as well as Vitria (solutions provider).
