Description:

The project will develop a methodology to define internal business scenarios in supply chains. Traditionally, business scenarios have been defined based on the application of subjective techniques and/or on experience. The design of these scenarios as part of this project follows a novel approach as it is performed according to the quantitative techniques application to the data collected by the performance indicators defined at the supply chain level. These scenarios will provide additional information to the supply chain’s decision-making processes, and may improve its management and efficiency.
