Description:

The main objective of this project is to increase the level of competitiveness of Spanish companies through developing knowledge, methodologies and practices in the logistics field by exploiting the use of information and communication technologies to confer supply chains greater efficiency in a globalised environment.

Participation in subprojects: SP1: technological development strategies for competitiveness in Logistics, SP2: analysis and configuration of supply chains in a strategic context, SP3 (LEADERS): operational integration of supply chains, SP7: integrated Pilot, SP8: dissemination and technology transfer.

The SP3 “Operational integration of supply chains” subproject has worked on: forecasting the distribution collaborative SC (CONSUM) in conjunction with subcontractor ITI-SOA; planning in industrial collaborative SCs (KERABEN) and distribution collaborative SCs (CONSUM); collaborative programming in industrial SCs (KERABEN ) with ROBOTIKER; orders management and applying it to industrial collaborative SCs (KERABEN); performance measurement systems (SMR, KPI’s) for generic SCs. Work has been done in the SP7 “Integrated Pilot” subproject with ROBOTIKER.
