And... ¿what about technology?

CIGIP boasts over a decade of experience in R&D&i and participation in multiple competitive research projects called for by the European Commission, the Spanish Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities, and the Valencian Regional Government, as well as the development of R&D&i and advisory agreements with private companies.

How do we collaborate?

CIGIP is considered as one of its most important strengths the continuous collaboration with companies and organizations in different R&D&i activities:

Advisory Meetings

Work sessions with companies, aimed at contributing our experience and facilitating the analysis of specific problems and that entail no cost.

R&D&i and advisory agreements

Agreements between the Universitat Politècnica de València and companies, for the provision of a specific technology transfer service. These are low-risk, innovative activities with short-term objectives for the application of consolidated knowledge generated in research projects.

R&D Projects

New knowledge generation activities, co-funded by public entities, with medium-to-long-term objectives, and medium or high risk. It is advisable to have a prior relationship with the project for a better understanding of the problems and cultures of the participants.

Training

The CIGIP offers an annual training program at the undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels based on its research lines and with content based on R&D&i projects. It also offers specialized training programs tailored to the needs of companies.

R&D Contracts

The CIGIP is characterized by its clear orientation towards companies, since the new knowledge generated is transferred to the business fabric through R&D&i Agreements or on-demand training in companies. We offer advanced advice to companies using software tools developed by the CIGIP.
