Description:
The project aims at providing information and tools for helping Asian SMEs to implement innovative approaches in the field of Supply Chain Management, focussing on upstream physical, information and economic values flows, with particular reference to complex industrial situations, such as Inter-firm Networks.
The target groups will be Chinese Manufacturing SMEs that will be provided with methodologies and techniques, that will be designed according to the result coming from V-Chain project (EU V FP funded project).
The main activities will envisage the calibration of V-Chain methodology and tools to the local requirements, the development of action plans and reference framework for pilot applications that deliver appropriate IT&C initiatives within the Asian selected region.
