Description:
SP3 subproject. ‘Operational integration of supply chains’
- Objectives
- Define a widespread operations management (SGEO) system at the tactical-operational level in supply chains. This system should allow the planning and control of the chains/supply networks (replenishment, production, distribution) by performing all the functions of these systems collaboratively.
- Subobjectives:
- Define an architecture for a widespread operations management (SGEO) system
- Establish a set of models and tools that support the architecture
- Design a set of demonstrators of the widespread operations management (SGEO) system in collaborative supply chains for all processes (forecasting, planning, programming and orders management) and the considered chain
